You could code a Pikmin clone from scratch. But just ripping the ISO to the card wouldn't do anything since they're two completely different systems.

Lol are you serious or joking?... If not joking then let me tell you something! The Nintendo DS(i)(Lite) has around the same power as the Nintendo 64. The Gamecube is more then twice as strong as the Nintendo 64, so therefore its IMPOSSIBLE to run a Gamecube game on a Nintendo DS(i)(Lite)! Besides the fact that it are completely different systems.

take the gamecube disk and try to fit it into slot1.
if it doesnt work, break the disc into 2 parts and try to fit 1 part in slot 1 and the other one in slot 2.
if this doesnt work, youre dumb.

I had the same problem before. The solution is a little bit of work, but it's completely worth it. I bring Super Mario Sunshine and The Wind Waker with me wherever I go.
1. First off, grab your Gamecube disc. look on the optical side and around the transparent circle you should find something like a bar code.
2. Make sure that barcode is on the bottom and lay your flashcart over it, like so. It'll overlap the hole, but that's alright. All of the data is stored under that bar code. The rest is padded data.
3. Cut around the DS cart as closely as you can. And be sure to cut under the barcode. The best way I've found to do this is with scissors. When you're done, it should look like this.
4. Now the only thing we need to do is to get the DS to read the data. The DS uses cartridges and has no optical laser, but you can add the prongs yourself to make it a cartridge. The only problem with this is you'll have to sacrifice an old DS game. Sticking a knife or a small flathead screwdriver in the slot in the right hand corner, you can force the game cartridge in two. Take the metal prongs at the bottom of the cartridge and cut them off. It's better to have someone who has melding experience meld the teeth to the optical side of the disc. My copy of Super Mario Sunshine is melded, but I used superglue for my copy of The Wind Waker and it works fine (with the occasional freeze, but it may just be because of the DS hardware).
5. Pop it in until you hear it click into place, and viola!
I hope that solves your problem! Good luck!

Dude, judging by his first post, he ain't too bright. He could actually try that, in the process destroying a GC game and a DS game. And also, in point 2 you say "flashcard", but the card in the picture is a genuine NDS game. To OP: No it is not possible.

Well, any DS cartridge will do. You basically just need it to trace the shape. I used a genuine cartridge in the example.

No way! Even if this theory works you are still left with 1 big problem....
Controller configuration, no c-stick, z-button or analog=FAIL
