EDIT: Gave it a quick test, and it seems to run fine.
Thanks Nuvalo.

I can't seem to get the nunchuck working as player 2. It recognises the button, but not the analog stick. If I use my GC analog stick, it moves player 2 but with an inverted axis.

OMG this is GREAT! Thanks for a new release!!
OK on to the problems / bug reports:

- Full screen / TIA zoom 2 runs at half speed. TIA zoom 1 runs at FULL speed, but of course the screen is shrunk down to half size. Is there a way to set the video resolution to 320x240?

- The wiimote seems to lose sync / get disconnected when navigating the menu system for a while

- I can confirm that not only does the nunchuk not map to the second controller, but attempts to get it to map from the input config also don't work. The C button works (maps to keyboard F,) but it jumps all over the place for the joystick directions.

You can edit the <SDCard_unit>/stella/stellarc file and change the options by hand. If you set "fullscreen=1" and "fullres=320x240" it will work. Anyway, the 320x240 resolution will show the screen smaller than in 640x480 (it isn't rescaled to "full screen").

How much time there was before lossing connection? I didn't notized that problem.

If you have a gamecube controller pluged in, take it out before launching, as the the 2º player will be assigned to it.

Excellent release nuvalo, enjoying all the classic 2600 games. I'm not sure if its been asked or stated yet (haven't read through the thread), but would using the GC controller or a Nunchuck on paddle games act touchy like the paddle or more like the joystick?

EDIT: NVM, it does go all touchy like the paddle (yay). Wish I had real paddles though.

Well I did that, setting fullscreen resolution to 320x240 is no different than having it at 640x480, as far as the size of the screen. It seems that 320x240 does not allow the fullscreen checkbox to be checked without the resolution being 640x480.

What I'm looking to do really is have the Wii resolution set to 320x240 so that the atari screen output is bigger and running at full speed?

Thanks Nuvalo excellent release!
Now back to Spider Fighter, on a fullscreen instead of my DS

Edit: I made it to 97000 or so in spider fighter and it crashed, just locked up, the usual hold down power button kind, no code dump or anything though, figured i'd let you know for future reference, not sure why, maybe played too long.. that game also speeds up every few levels, so maybe that has sumthin to do with it, either way it sucked, but still much appreciative of the new release.. i am not havin any problems with the screen not being full, or any speed issues so far... just the one crash.

First off, let me say thanks so much for porting Stella to the Wii. It's been years since I've been able to play Pitfall, Q-Bert, Joust, etc. on a TV, so I'm really excited.

I can get Stella Wii to load, but for some reason, when it loads, I get a zoomed-in version of this menu, making it difficult to navigate. Could you please explain how I can "zoom out" to view the full menu? Thanks!

You probably have the launcher width and height set to 320x240, and the launcher font set to large. Go to options -> UI Settings and set launcher width / launcher height to 640 / 480, respectively.

Woooooo! Been waiting for this for a bit. Nice surprise

Only problem I seem to have is Yars Revenge runs slow and hard freezes occasionally. But other then that minor hiccup, it works great. Good Work!!

edit: Seem to be having same problem has munky6. Manually editing it to 320x240 makes it run full screen, but tiny.

Is there any chance this will have better support for Pitfall II in the future? I know emulators always have trouble with this one...

In response to users asking if Mame can be run using SD Media Launcher, I did this last night without too much difficulty. There are downloads elsewhere in this forum telling you how to to it - http://www.tehskeen.com/forums/showt...6912#post46912

Look for "Nuvalo's Linux Emulator Collection (SDLoad Edition)" at the top of the page and download the documentation and read it. You don't need to download anything else yet because because there are links to everything you need in the downloaded Word doc.

Lots of forum posts mention that a connection between PC and Gamecube is necessary to run MAME on The Cube, but this isn't the case if you use Nuvalo's method. You don't event need to "inject" roms into the linux partition on your memory card - you can read from a FAT 16 partition on the card, meaning that you can add or delete roms easily in Windows.

I fount the ext2 (linux) partition creation easy, because I run linux on my PC, but Nuvalo's instructions tell you how to do this easily with a GParted (Gnu Partition Editor) Live CD. Just make sure you are working on the memory card before you edit any partitions; carelessness could destroy the data on your hard drives.

Hello, I have a small problem, very small letters, is there any way to let them bigger? Attached a picture of the situation. I'm using a game cube, is there any way to fix this?
