too few arguments PAD_ScanPads

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, but I'm trying to compile some different code examples given in the devkit, and every example gives me error:

too few arguments to function 'PAD_ScanPads()'

I tried searching for the problem, but with no luck...

VIDEO_SetPostRetraceCallbackPAD_ScanPads;

didnt work for me.

warning: passing argument 1 of VIDEO_SetPostRetraceCallback from incompatible pointer type

It compiles with a warning, but but crashes as soon as the ELF is loaded on the wii.
