Looks like a Nintendo 64 Developer's Kit.

"Many third party developers used the V64 in lieu of the PC64 Development Kit (http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=PC64_Development_Kit&action=edit&redlink=1) sold by Nintendo (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nintendo); the V64 was considered an attractive, low cost alternative to the expensive N64 development machine, which was manufactured by Silicon Graphics (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Silicon_Graphics) at the time."

Ah V64... I'm hoping the replacement motherboard will sort mine out.
Good times, good times.

Interesting read on wikipedia. The PSUs were a major pain. It was modding my own PSU from a spare Amiga A500 PSU that caused me to fry my V64 in the first place.
Just on the off chance, is there such a thing as a c++ compiler for N64? If I get my own V64 operational again, I wouldn't mind getting my own code running on hardware :)

I finally obtained one of these units, sadly without any of the RAM expansion packs. If anyone has one or can obtain one, top dollar can AND will be paid. :)

I'v still got mine! It's boxed as new, got 2 n64's NTSC and PAL the memory upgrade, save game/memorycard/twisty-dials... bit and a smart colour adapter.

The nuts.

:D
