Submission is handled via upload your homebrew file(s) to TehSkeen's Downloads Database. You must have a valid account to upload your homebrew file(s). Note that they will not appear in the database until after the contest deadline is over and the public rating process begins. So make sure what you upload is complete as we are not beta testers.
